WOD: 8 rounds for time of:
5 Handstand push ups
5 Chest-to-bar pull ups

Post WOD Mobility: Pec smash with lacrosse ball 3 minutes each, then,
 foam roller bank robber stretch or rig pec stretch, 2 minutes each
