Skill work: Perfecting the pistol: Achieve 30 reps

WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
30 Double unders
15 Sit ups
3 Burpee pull overs

Post WOD mobility: Achilles barbell smash, 3 minutes each leg and
 modified lizard pose for Soleus/Achilles stretch, 2 minutes each leg

11:00 am Strength class:
Lift: Box squats: 10 x 2, 55% bar, 25% band

6:30 pm Mobility Class: Hip flexors, quads (hip and knee)
