8:30 am: Essentials 1 Class – This is the first class of our 2 session Essentials course, which will teach you the basics of CrossFit and prepare you for our regular classes. Required for all new clients with no previous CrossFit experience (with the exception of OnRamp participants). Walk-ins are welcome.
9:30 am: Reebok CrossFit Open Week 4 – Heats begin at 9:30, spectators and cheerleaders are welcome and encouraged.
11:00 am: Free Trial Class – This class is a quick introduction to CrossFit for anyone who wants to try it out with no cost or commitment. Come in a few minutes early and we’ll show you the ropes.
