For time:

400 m run: 2 minute rest x 3

 

4 rounds for time of:

30 air squats

20 push ups

10 hang cleans (95/75 lbs)

 

Post WOD mobility: IT Band on roller or ball, 3 minutes each leg, then, half kneeling psoas stretch with side bend (away from leg being stretched), 2 minutes each leg.
