WOD: AMRAP 4 minutes of:
Ground to shoulder with Atlas Stone
2 minutes rest rest
AMRAP 4 minutes of:
10 Box jumps (24/20”)
20 Walking lunges
2 minutes rest
AMRAP 4 minutes of:
Burpee pull ups

Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball to lats at shoulder 3-4 minutes each side, then lat stretch on rig, 2 minutes each
