WOD: AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
100 m run
10 Deadlifts (155/115 lbs)
10 Up downs
Post WOD Mobility: Foam roller or lacrosse ball to lower back 5 minutes or more, QL stretch in quadruped with sidebend, 2 minutes each

11:00 am Strength class: 

Lift: Floor press + 20% band, heavy single
