We’ve got lots of great changes in the works, here’s what you can look forward to very soon:

Our Kid’s Programs are resuming August 22nd.  We have programs for 5-7 year olds, 8-12 year olds, and 13-16 year olds.

Ages 5-7 Tuesday 3:30 – 4

Ages 8-12 Monday/Wednesday 3:45 – 4:30

Ages 13-16 Tuesday/Thursday 4:00 – 4:45

Effective Monday August 22nd, our evening schedule will change slightly.  Classes will now run at 4:30 and 5:45 pm (instead of 5:30 pm)

Thomas YellowEyes is currently accepting new personal training clients.  If you are interested in scheduling an assessment or session with him, talk to Thomas or to Steph or email  Commit to 12 visits and receive a $10 discount per session.

-You will, no doubt, notice some changes in programming and whiteboard use over the next few weeks.  We hope you appreciate that we are changing some things up for the long term benefit of you all as athletes.  We also hope you guys know that we, as coaches, do appreciate that sometimes change is very uncomfortable and we hope that you come to us with any questions as we go about this stuff. TRUST.  We strive to provide you with the best experience possible while you are at the gym and we look forward to your feedback.   You guys are awesome, thanks for being our tribe and for putting your trust in us!
