Skill work: Strict ring dips, Achieve 20 for quality

WOD: Amrap in 25 minutes of:
5 Pull ups
10 Air squats
15 Russian KB swings (53/35 lbs)
25 Double unders
Post WOD Mobility: Adductor smash and quad smash; then, happy baby, 2 minutes and couch stretch, 2 minutes each side

11:00 am Strength class: 

Lift: Bench press 9 x 3: 50% bar, 30% chain or band
