Still having difficulty or discomfort with your workouts?  This Saturday there’s another Foam Rolling Clinic with Thomas YellowEyes at 9 am.  The cost of this clinic is reduced this week to $5 for members and free for anyone new to us!  This is a smoking deal!!!!!  If you’re around Saturday at 9 am, be sure to catch this clinic, you will be so happy you did!

Skill work: Ring inversions, achieve 5-10 for quality
WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
400 m run
15 ring dips
25 sit ups
Post WOD mobility: First rib mobilization on loaded/racked barbell, then, pec minor stretch, 2 minutes each.


11:00 am Strength class:

Lift: Front squats: 12 x 2: 55% bar, 25% chain only

6:30 pm Mobility Class: Shoudlers
