Skill work: Deadlift review

WOD: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps, Record max load.
Post WOD Mobility: Hamstring stretch on rig, 2-3 minutes each side
Supine Glute stretch, legs crossed, 2-3 minutes each side
