WOD 09/02/16

FREE FRIDAY!  Tomorrow is the first day on your journey towards a healthier you. We will guide you through the process of incorporating exercise and a healthy diet into your life. Come try a free class on Free Friday and get a sense of what we do. Classes run at 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 12 noon, 4:30pm, 5:45 pm. If you like what you experience, sign up for a free week!


Labor Day Weekend Schedule: Saturday and Sunday (9/3 and 9/4) the gym will be closed.  On Monday, our regular class schedule is cancelled                                                                                        and we will run 2 regular classes at 8:30 and 10 am. Have a fun and safe holiday weekend!

WOD:  Deadlift: 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Post WOD Mobility: Hamstring smash on racked barbell, 3 minutes each
Banded hamstring flossing, 2 minutes each leg.
