WOD: 12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
95/65 pound Power snatch
Burpees

Post WOD Mobility: Smash QL with lacrosse ball, 3 minutes each; Quadruped QL stretch, 1-2 minutes each

Lift: Standing strict press, heavy single
