Skill work: Snatch technique and practice

WOD: Seven rounds of:
35 Double-unders
1 Snatch
Make one snatch attempt per round.
Post time and total of all successful snatches. Do not count missed reps.

Post WOD mobility: Barbell calf/Achilles smash, 3-4 minutes each
Rig Achilles/Plantar fascia stretch, 2-3 minutes each

Lift: Box squat below parallel, heavy single
