WOD: “Adrian”
Seven rounds for time of:
3 Forward rolls
5 Wall climbs
7 Toes to bar
9 Box jumps, 30″/24” box

Post WOD Mobility: Box prayer stretch, 2 minutes
Upper trap stretch, 1 minute each side
Upward dog, 1 minute
Seated forward fold, 2 minutes
Downward dog, 3 minutes cumulatively
