WOD: Two rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
Handstand walk 15 meters
Run 400 meters
One legged squat, 30 reps

Post WOD mobility: Adductor smash on roller, 3 minutes each side
Scapular smash, 2 minutes each side
Seated straddle stretch, lean forward onto reaching elbows that remain close together,
hold this position for 3 minutes
1:00 pm Mobility Class: Shoulder and elbow recovery and mobility
