Skill work: Monkey hangs, achieve 20 total

WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

185/135 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
Sprint 100 yards
Post WOD mobility: Barbell hamstring smash, 3-4 minutes each side
Rog hamstring stretch, 2-3 minutes each side.
