Thanks to all our ACF ladies that attended our Girls Spa and Yoga night, it was so much fun and is definitely going to become a regular event.  If you didn’t make it to this one, plan on coming to the next one.  Thank you to Ashly and Ellie for getting it put together SO well!

WOD: Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3
Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball to shoulder blade, 4 minutes each; Shoulder box/dowel prayer stretch, 2 minutes
