Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball to a 10’ target.
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

Post WOD Mobility: Smash quads on roller, 3-4 minutes each, then, couch stretch 2 minutes+ each side

11:00 am Strength Class: 
Lift: Bench press 9×3: 50% bar, 30% chain or band
