WOD 01/02/17


If you aren’t already in the habit of reserving your spot in class on MindBody, we ask that you please begin doing so now.  January tends to be a busy month and signing up for class helps things run much more smoothly, thanks in advance and Happy New Year all!

WOD:  Every five minutes for 6 rounds:
Sprint 200 meters, for time
Run 400 meters
Rest the remainder of each five minute period. Post 200 meter sprint times.

Post WOD Mobility: Downward dog, 2 minutes; Low dragon, 2 minutes each; seated forward fold, 2 minutes; seated straddle stretch, 2 minutes

11:00 am Strength Class: 
Lift: Specialty bar squat, heavy single
