Skill work: Bar hangs and handstands

WOD: Three rounds for time of:
Row 1000 meters
20 Pull-ups
30 Box jumps, 24/20 inch box

Post WOD mobility: Downward dog, 2 minutes; Lizard, 2 minutes each side; Banded lat. stretch with distraction, 1-2 minutes each side.

11:00 am Strength Class:
Lift: Paused bench press, heavy single
