WOD: Ten rounds for time of:
7 Burpees
7 Knees to elbows

Post WOD mobility: Lat. dorsi smash with lacrosse ball, then, lat. stretch on rig, 1 minute each; ½ kneeling psoas stretch, 2 minutes each

Lift: Box squat 12 x 2: 46% bar, 25% accommodating resistance
