WOD: Five rounds for time of:
95/65 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 21 reps
21 Ring dips

Post WOD mobility: Pec smash with ball, 3 minutes each; First rib mobilization, 20x; Pec stretch, 1 minute each

11:00 am Strength Class: Lift: Floor press, heavy single

Friday Night Lights is tonight at 6 pm.  We’ll be grilling, potluck style, and cheering on all of our ACF peers doing 17.4!
