WOD 03/24/17

This Friday is the last Friday Night Lights of the Open!!!!   The evening starts at 6:00 pm. Meat is being donated, bring a side dish and show up to cheer on teammates, and partake in a BBQ and bonfire.

Skill work: Turkish get up

WOD:  With a 45/35 pound barbell, 21-15- and 9 reps for time of:
Turkish Get-ups, alternating arms
Sots press

Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball to athlete’s choice of shoulder musculature then, athlete’s spend 5 minutes on your choice of shoulder stretches

11:00 am Strength Class:  Lift: 5 x 5 Bench press @ 60% + double reds/double micros
