Skill work: HSPU technique and practice
WOD: “Falkel”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
8 Handstand push-ups
8 Box jump, 30/24 inch box
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent

Post WOD mobility: Lat. dorsi smash with lacrosse ball, then, rig lat. stretch 1 minute each, Rig, gastroc. Stretch, 2 minutes each side; Samson stretch, 1 minute each

1:00 pm Mobility Class: General stretching, foot and ankle
