Why should kids do CrossFit? We want them to learn from a young age that exercise is fun. When kids learn this early, it will provide them with a lifelong love of activity and fitness. We still haves a few spots open on our Kids’ Summer Programs, starting July 10th.

Ages 7-11 Tuesday and Thursdays 9:45 – 10:30 am

Post WOD mobility: TFL smash with lacrosse ball at anterolateral hip, 2-3 minutes each side; then, standing IT Band stretch, 1 minute each; cow faced pose, 2 minutes each
