WOD:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95/65 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95/65 pound Hang Power clean, 7 reps
95/65 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Mobility: Quad smash on roller, then couch stretch, 2-3 minutes each; First rib mobilization with kids bar, then upper trap. stretches, 30 seconds each side

Strength: 11:00 am DYU

Yoga: 7:00 pm
