WOD: Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

MOBILITY: Box prayer stretch with dowel and bands, 2 minutes each side; seated forward fold, 2 minutes; Super fron rack with band, 1 minute each; Pec. Stretch on rig, 1 minute each side
