100 Double-unders Then,
Five rounds of:
155/115 pound Barbell deadlift, 10 reps    53/35 pound Goblet squat, 10 reps
10 Handstand push-ups
Then, 100 Double-unders

Post WOD mobility: Hamstring stretch on rig, 2 minutes each; couch stretch 2 minutes each; chicken wing stretch, 1 minute each
