WOD: Five rounds for time of: ​
20 Strict ring dips
135/95 pound Thruster, 14 reps
Post WOD mobility:​ Couch stretch, 2-3 minutes each; Pec major stretch, 2 minutes on foam roller; pec minor stretch on rig, 1 minute each; First rib mobilization with kids bar, 20x each side
11:00 am Strength: DYU
7:00 pm: Yoga
