In our Strength class at Animas CrossFit we use the Westside Barbell Conjugate Method. Using the primary movements of bench, squats, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, as well as a large number of accessory movements, our goal is to get you as strong as possible, as safely as possible. This class incorporates the use of chains and bands into our lifts and accessory movements, as well as varied but planned programming that allows for optimal ratio of training load and volume to recovery periods.
